The Beatles’ Scandalous Revelations Unveiled in New Book

During their iconic tours in the US, The Beatles had a peculiar way of unwinding after gigs – with pre-paid prostitutes awaiting them at hotels, as disclosed in a new book.

As the world’s most renowned band, The Beatles were constantly surrounded by adoring female fans eager to get close to them.

However, rather than engaging in conversations with these star-struck admirers, the Fab Four opted for a more direct approach by arranging for paid companions.

A recently published authorized biography of Paul McCartney sheds light on this lesser-known aspect of the band’s America travels.

According to the book, titled “PAUL McCARTNEY: The Biography” and penned by Philip Norman with McCartney’s approval, high-class escorts were routinely provided for each band member during their US tour.

The revelation, among many other intriguing anecdotes about the band, unveils the behind-the-scenes arrangements made to ensure the group’s relaxation and entertainment amidst the chaos of their public appearances.

Philip Norman, the author, shared in The Daily Mail that as The Beatles landed in various American airports, a quartet of pre-arranged sophisticated s** workers would be present to welcome them, offering a diversion from the frenzy of fans encircling their accommodations.

This association with prostitutes is not entirely new for the band.

A previously published book by journalist Larry Kane, “Ticket To Ride,” chronicling The Beatles’ groundbreaking 1964 tour in the United States, mentions a brief break between performances where opportunities for rest and recreation arose.

Kane vividly recounts an incident during their stay at a hotel, where he was invited to witness a line-up of provocatively dressed prostitutes in the band’s suite, with John Lennon playfully offering him a choice, which he declined.

The band’s involvement with s** workers has been part of their history, notably during their early days performing in Hamburg, Germany, where they mingled with the local s** worker community in St. Pauli.

It was in Germany that Paul McCartney had his first encounter with a prostitute, an experience he later described as intimidating.

The biography delves into McCartney’s intimate exploits, portraying them as casual encounters akin to signing autographs.

It mentions instances where McCartney engaged in group escapades and was even caught in compromising situations by his then-fiancée, actress Jane Asher.

However, one peculiar revelation from the book is McCartney’s fondness for having his leg hair meticulously combed.

During his courtship with Iris Caldwell, a teenage performer turned dancer, McCartney would request her mother, Vi, to comb his leg hair as a form of relaxation, showcasing a quirky aspect of the musician’s personal life.

From scandalous revelations of paid companions to intimate details of McCartney’s personal quirks, the new biography offers a captivating glimpse into the untold stories of The Beatles’ legendary journey through fame and debauchery.
