Anna Kendrick, known for her roles in various films and TV shows, including the Pitch Perfect series, has made a firm decision regarding n^de scenes in her acting career.
In her latest project, the HBO Max series Love Life, she opted out of any scenes requiring nudity, distinguishing her show from others like Quibi’s Dummy.
While she is open to performing s** scenes, Kendrick prefers not to expose her body entirely on screen.
Expressing her perspective on nudity, Kendrick emphasized that she personally does not feel inclined towards such scenes.
She stated, “My personal feelings on nudity – that I’m not really interested in n^dty for me – stayed the same.”
The actress clarified that she has no issue with simulated s** scenes as they serve the character’s development.
However, she views n^dty differently, considering it a more personal aspect that involves her own body.
In an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald, Kendrick shared her experience filming numerous romantic scenes throughout the entire season of Love Life.
She highlighted the unique challenge of engaging in intimate moments with different actors in each episode.
Reflecting on this, she commented, “When we started filming, it dawned on me that in every single episode I was going to be doing a kissing scene or a s** scene with someone brand new.”
