Another Debate?

Not So Fast, Says Trump

As the political landscape heats up ahead of the upcoming election, former President Donald Trump has shared his views on the possibility of participating in another debate.

Just moments after landing, he revealed that there have been discussions about organizing a new debate, sparking curiosity among supporters and critics alike.

While many see the entertainment value in such events, Trump remains skeptical.

He pointed out that he has already faced off against Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in previous debates, suggesting that the time for more exchanges has passed.

Reflecting on his experiences, he noted that his debate with CNN was conducted fairly, despite the backlash from what he termed “radical left lunatics.”

According to Trump, Biden’s exit from the race was orchestrated, labeling it a “coup.”

He emphasized that the fairness he received during the CNN debate was an anomaly, hinting that future interactions may not be as balanced due to the criticism the network has faced from the left.

Trump’s debate with Harris on ABC, he contended, felt like a three-on-one scenario.

However, he believes he performed admirably under pressure, earning recognition for his efforts.

The former president expressed gratitude for the acknowledgment but remains firm that the timing for another debate is all wrong.

With early voting already underway, Trump argues that Harris missed her chance to engage with him on Fox News.

He recalls waiting for an invitation that never materialized, and now, he believes, it’s too late for her to request a rematch.

The former president likened the situation to a fighter who, after being knocked out, demands a rematch.

“She sees the polls; she knows she’s losing badly,” he remarked, illustrating his point with a vivid analogy.

Trump contrasted his performance in the primaries with that of Harris, stating that she failed to secure any votes, while Biden managed to garner 14 million.

This disparity, he argues, speaks volumes about their respective standings in the race.

Despite his desire to debate again, Trump insists that the opportunity has passed.

“It’s too late,” he reiterated, emphasizing the urgency of voter participation.
