In a surprising turn of events, Angelina Jolie has resurfaced an old allegation against her estranged husband Brad Pitt, introducing an ‘indecent exposure’ claim from his youth as a pivotal point in their ongoing custody dispute involving their six children.

According to a report by RadarOnline, Pitt faced an accusation of ‘flashing his private parts’ in public during his early 20s, a revelation that Jolie aims to utilize as a significant factor in their custody battle.

The incident allegedly took place while Pitt was filming the movie “Cutting Class” in Malibu along the Pacific Coast Highway in 1988, as shared by his former publicist, Phil Lobel, in an interview with the US publication.

Sharing further details, Lobel disclosed, ‘He called me and said, ‘Phil, you’re not going to believe what happened!

We were so bored on set that me and my buddy started mooning cars’.’

Lobel recounted that a mother and daughter who witnessed the indecent display reported the incident to the police station in Malibu, claiming that individuals were exposing themselves on the street.

Upon the arrival of law enforcement at the scene, the producers managed to prevent Pitt, who was 25 years old at the time, from being arrested, as per Radar’s account of the situation.

Expanding on the aftermath, Lobel mentioned that Pitt faced charges related to indecent exposure, which were later minimized to ‘disturbing the peace’ following legal proceedings.

Recounting the legal battle, Lobel revealed, ‘I found an attorney who agreed to take Brad’s case for $1,000 — which was a huge sum of money for him back then.’
