Anna Kendrick, known for her roles in various films and TV shows, including the popular Pitch Perfect series, has recently opened up about her decision to abstain from n^de scenes in her new HBO Max series, Love Life.
Unlike her involvement in Quibi’s Dummy, where she forms an unusual friendship with a s** doll, Kendrick opted out of any explicit n^dty for her character in this particular project.
While she doesn’t shy away from intimate scenes, the actress has drawn a clear line when it comes to baring it all on screen, setting Love Life apart from other series like Normal People.
In a candid conversation with the Sydney Morning Herald, Kendrick shared her perspective on on-screen nudity, emphasizing her personal boundaries regarding such depictions.
She expressed, “My personal feelings on nudity – that I’m not really interested in n^dty for me – stayed the same.”
The actress clarified that while she is comfortable with simulated s** scenes as they serve the character’s development, exposing her body is a different matter entirely.
For Kendrick, maintaining control over her physical portrayal is crucial, considering that her body is uniquely hers.
