Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson recently discussed his unexpected n^de scene on the popular show “Power” with Jimmy Kimmel.
During his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Jackson delved into the social media clash that followed with executive producer Courtney Kemp.
Following the airing of the show’s fourth episode, where Jackson’s private parts were exposed during a steamy moment, he expressed his discontent towards Kemp on Instagram.
In response, Kemp defended herself by pointing out that Jackson had signed the necessary consent like everyone else involved in such scenes.
During his chat with Kimmel, Jackson shed light on the circumstances surrounding the controversial scene.
Kimmel humorously remarked, “So, your private parts somehow made an unwelcome appearance on the show?”
To which Jackson responded, “Yes, but it wasn’t unintentional.”
Jackson revealed to Kimmel that he was aware of the exposure during filming but was under the impression it would not make the final edit of the episode.
He mentioned, “I knew what happened, I just didn’t notice it in the initial footage.
It was quite dimly lit.”
Furthermore, Jackson shared with Kimmel that he was not the only one taken aback by the explicit content.
“My aunt tuned in and couldn’t believe her eyes,” Jackson recounted humorously, adding that she messaged him in shock, questioning why he hadn’t given her a heads-up.
Amidst the uproar, “Power” has been renewed for two more seasons on the Starz network, with new episodes airing on Sundays at 9 p.m.
