**Britney Spears Accused of s**ual Harassment by Former Bodyguard**

Britney Spears finds herself entangled in legal turmoil once again.

Recently, a former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, has taken legal action against the 28-year-old pop sensation, alleging that she subjected him to persistent s**ual harassment during his employment period from February to July 2010.

Flores, in documents submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court and subsequently obtained by TMZ.com, details disturbing encounters where Spears purportedly made unwelcome s**ual advances towards him.

Shockingly, he asserts that the singer engaged in s**ual activities in his presence and even summoned him to her bedroom while unclothed.

Furthermore, the legal papers disclose incidents where Spears allegedly exposed her n^de body to Flores, with one occasion leading to her audaciously stating, “You know you liked it,” following the exposure.

In a more distressing revelation, Flores recounts witnessing intense altercations between Spears and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, during which the artist would unleash profanities and aggressive behavior towards both Federline and Flores, even in the presence of her young children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Perhaps the most harrowing claim within Flores’ lawsuit is the accusation that Spears, on one distressing occasion, demanded his belt and proceeded to physically discipline her son, Sean Preston, in an allegedly brutal manner.

While the lawsuit refrains from specifying a monetary value for damages sought, it encompasses compensation for the s**ual harassment episodes and the alleged intentional infliction of emotional distress inflicted upon Flores.

Responding to these grave allegations, Spears’ publicist issued a statement via the singer’s website, denouncing the lawsuit as an attempt to exploit the Spears family for personal gain.

The statement highlights that the Department of Children and Family Services had conducted a thorough investigation into Flores’ claims, ultimately closing the case without further actions.

Spears and her legal team express confidence that the court will dismiss this matter in due course.
