A s**ual harassment lawsuit has been filed against pop icon Britney Spears by her former bodyguard, Fernando Flores.

Allegations made by Mr. Flores include claims that the singer frequently walked around n^ked and engaged in s**ual activities in his presence.

Furthermore, he asserts that Ms. Spears caused him emotional distress by engaging in violent arguments with her partner in front of her children.

While the singer’s lawyer refrained from providing any comments on the matter, a representative for her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, dismissed the lawsuit as unfounded.

Court documents submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court detail Mr. Flores’ contentions that Spears made unwanted s**ual advances towards him and requested him to witness her nudity.

Additionally, he states that he observed the singer disciplining her sons with a belt and behaving inappropriately around them.

In response, Mark Vincent Kaplan, legal counsel for Mr. Federline, stated that thorough investigation into Mr. Flores’ claims had been conducted prior to the legal proceedings and no action was deemed necessary.

He emphasized that his client took any allegations of mistreatment or misconduct involving the children seriously and viewed the accusations as financially motivated and groundless.

Mr. Flores, who was employed by Ms. Spears from February to July of this year, also accuses his security company of dismissing or ridiculing his grievances
