Cruise Attendant Accuses John Travolta of s**ual Assault

A lawsuit filed in federal court alleges that a cruise ship attendant accused John Travolta of s**ually assaulting him during a Caribbean cruise in 2009.

Fabian Zanzi, who was assigned as Travolta’s personal attendant, claimed that the actor engaged in offensive and harmful behavior by forcibly making s**ual contact with him, according to court documents submitted recently.

In response to these accusations, Martin Singer, Travolta’s lawyer, dismissed the claims as baseless and sensational.

He criticized the lawsuit as an attempt by Zanzi and his legal team to gain publicity through false allegations.

This incident comes after a previous lawsuit by two male massage therapists against Travolta was withdrawn earlier this year.

The alleged s**ual assault occurred on board the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship Enchantment of the Sea in June 2009, as detailed in the lawsuit.

Zanzi reported that Travolta made unwanted advances towards him after he delivered food to the actor’s room.

Subsequently, Travolta, while complaining of neck pain, proceeded to disrobe and behave inappropriately towards Zanzi, causing him distress and discomfort.

According to the complaint, Travolta forcefully embraced Zanzi and made inappropriate remarks, leading to a situation that Zanzi described as nonconsensual and extreme.

The suit further claims that Travolta attempted to buy Zanzi’s silence by offering him money in exchange for discretion regarding the incident.

Despite Zanzi’s immediate report of the incident to the ship’s authorities, the response from the cruise line was inadequate, according to the lawsuit.

Zanzi alleged that he was confined in a segregated room for several days following the incident without appropriate action taken against Travolta.

Over the course of the next two years, Zanzi asserted that he persistently sought to file a claim against Travolta with the cruise line but was met with delays and evasions.

Eventually, Zanzi initiated arbitration proceedings against the company seeking unspecified damages, as outlined in the lawsuit.

Travolta’s legal counsel maintains that the actor denies the allegations and is confident in his defense.

Singer highlighted discrepancies in Zanzi’s account, citing a previous incident report that allegedly lacked mention of the more serious claims made in the recent lawsuit.

The lawyer questioned Zanzi’s credibility, especially considering his continued employment with the cruise line post-incident.

In the midst of ongoing legal battles and public scrutiny, Travolta faces renewed accusations that threaten to tarnish his reputation.

The unfolding developments surrounding these allegations underscore the complexities and challenges inherent in navigating high-profile legal disputes.
