In a surprising revelation from his new memoir, “Pageboy,” Elliot Page, the 36-year-old actor, discloses an intimate relationship with his co-star Olivia Thirlby during the filming of the 2007 hit movie “Juno.”

Page shares that their physical relationship escalated after a passionate makeout scene while working on the coming-of-age dramedy.

As reported by The Daily Beast, Page recounts being taken aback by Thirlby’s presence, reminiscing about a moment in her hotel room where Billie Holliday’s music set the atmosphere.

He recalls Thirlby expressing her attraction to him directly, which prompted them to engage in romantic encounters.

Describing their interactions, Page narrates, “At that we started sucking face.

It was on… we started having s** all the time: her hotel room, in our trailers at work, once in a tiny, private room in a restaurant.”

Reflecting on his experience portraying a pregnant teenager in the film, Page notes that it allowed him a sense of autonomy without conforming to gender stereotypes.

He views “Juno” as a pivotal project that symbolized breaking free from conventional gender norms.

Having come out as gay in 2014 and later as transgender in 2020, Page delves into the intensity of the moment Thirlby made a bold move by approaching him in an empty living room.

Notably, Thirlby openly shared her bisexuality in 2011 and exchanged vows with Jacques Pienaar in 2014.

In another excerpt obtained by People, Page discloses a past romantic involvement with Kate Mara, following his public coming out as gay.

The relationship with Mara began in 2014, despite her being in a relationship with Max Minghella at the time.

Sharing Mara’s response to their complex situation, Page reveals, “I never thought I could be in love with two people and now I know I can.”

The emotional turmoil surrounding Page’s disclosure of his sexuality added layers of complexity to their bond.
