Although she was once a familiar face on the silver screen, Mendes has spent nearly a decade away from the limelight, focusing on raising her two daughters with husband Ryan Gosling.
As she contemplates a potential return to film, Mendes emphasizes that her priorities have shifted significantly.
Mendes used to be a staple in Hollywood, but her last appearance was in the film “Lost River,” released almost ten years ago.
Many assumed she had stepped away from acting permanently, but Mendes clarified that her choice was driven more by her desire to be present for her children than a complete exit from the industry.
In her own words, she stated, “I never quit acting.
I wanted to be home with my babies, and fortunately, my other business ventures allowed me to do that more than acting would.”
With her daughters born in 2014 and 2016 growing older, fans are curious about Mendes’ aspirations to return to acting.

“I think that I watch so many kid films, a lot of animation films.
