Joe Jackson Acknowledges Discipline Methods Used on Children

Michael Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, has confessed to employing corporal punishment as a form of discipline with his children.

Despite previous denials regarding allegations made by his son, the late superstar Michael Jackson, Joe Jackson finally admitted to resorting to physical discipline during a recent television interview with Oprah Winfrey.

This revelation comes after Michael himself first disclosed the abuse he suffered during his childhood in an interview with Winfrey back in 1993.

During the much-discussed Oprah special episode that aired yesterday and was filmed at the Jackson family residence, Joe Jackson, along with Michael Jackson’s three children, faced questions about his disciplinary actions.

Initially attempting to evade the subject raised by Winfrey, Joe’s wife Katherine interjected, stating, “You might as well admit it, that’s the way black people raised their children … he used a strap.”

Despite some tense confusion, Mr. Jackson eventually admitted, “I would have punished by whipping them with a strap, or something, if they did something wrong.

It would have kept them outta trouble, outta jail.

My kids have never been in jail before… and that’s great.”

When asked by Winfrey if he felt remorse for his actions, Joe responded, saying, “No, I don’t regret it.”

In another segment of the interview, Katherine Jackson, who refuted claims of being estranged from her husband Joe, discussed Michael Jackson’s struggles with plastic surgery addiction.

She revealed that Michael’s fixation with altering his appearance stemmed from his belief that he was unattractive.

Katherine expressed her concerns about his increasing reliance on cosmetic procedures, recalling instances where she advised him to cease undergoing surgeries.

She even reached out to the plastic surgeon, urging them to maintain Michael’s original nose structure without further alterations.
