A witness in a British court recently testified that Kevin Spacey, known for his role in “American Beauty,” allegedly drugged and s**ually assaulted him while he was asleep.

According to the BBC, the man stated that he blacked out at Spacey’s residence and later woke up to discover the actor engaging in inappropriate behavior.

During his testimony, the man revealed that he objected to Spacey’s actions, but the actor persisted until he physically pushed him away.

Spacey, 63, is facing allegations of s**ual assault from four individuals in the United Kingdom spanning from 2001 to 2013.

He has denied all charges against him, totaling 12 counts.

The latest accuser, who was the final one to testify, shared that he initially sought career advice from Spacey in 2008 and was surprised when the actor suggested meeting at a bar, as reported by The Guardian.

Despite being unaware of Spacey’s predatory behavior at the time, a friend had cautioned him about Spacey’s preference for young heterosexual men.

At the encounter, the two men consumed alcohol and marijuana at Spacey’s London apartment.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, the accuser mentioned an uncomfortable situation where Spacey hugged him closely and made inappropriate advances while they were seated on a sofa.

Following this incident, the man claimed to have lost consciousness unexpectedly, suspecting that he might have been drugged.

Upon regaining awareness, the witness alleged that Spacey was engaged in oral s** without his consent, prompting him to forcefully reject the actor and promptly vacate the premises.

Subsequently, he disclosed attempting to arrange a meeting with Spacey to obtain a confession, which unfortunately did not materialize.

Spacey’s trial in the U.K. commenced at the conclusion of June and is slated to run for four weeks.

Notably, in a separate civil case in the United States last year, Spacey emerged victorious after actor Anthony Rapp accused him of s**ual misconduct.
