Meghan’s Dinner Meeting with Oprah’s Production Chief Ahead of Explosive Interview Anniversary

As the three-year mark nears for the explosive interview by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Meghan had a dinner meeting last night with Terry Woods, head of Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo production company.

Choosing a more relaxed attire, Meghan and Woods enjoyed their meal at the Japanese sushi restaurant Asanebo in Los Angeles.

Woods, who was involved in the CBS interview between Harry, Meghan, and Oprah in 2021, also collaborated with Prince Harry on the mental health series, The Me You Can’t See.

During their sit-down with Oprah, Meghan and Harry criticized the Royal Family’s treatment towards them.

Buckingham Palace responded with a statement acknowledging the seriousness of the allegations even though there might be differing recollections, promising to address them privately.

Following the controversial interview, the couple ventured into releasing a Netflix series in 2022 and Prince Harry unveiled his revealing memoir, Spare, in 2023, shedding light on private matters within the Royal Family.

Netflix recently disclosed that the pair are actively involved in multiple projects for the streaming platform, including a film and two unscripted ventures.

Rumors suggest that Woods might collaborate with Meghan on her upcoming podcast venture with Lemonada.

Recently, Meghan announced a new podcast deal subsequent to the Sussexes parting ways with Spotify.

Their initial $20 million deal with Spotify fell through after the Archetypes podcast failed to meet expectations, leading Meghan to express her excitement about joining forces with Lemonada for future podcast endeavors.
