Anna Faris, known for her roles in Scary Movie and Mom, recently opened up about her ex-husband Chris Pratt’s relationship with Katherine Schwarzenegger.

Faris and Pratt, famous for his roles in Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World, were married from 2009 until 2018 when they announced their separation in August 2017 through a joint statement.

The 45-year-old actress has been transparent about the challenges in her past marriage, admitting that she felt pressured into it by societal expectations and overlooked warning signs before tying the knot.

In a recent interview, Faris expressed that she is gradually building a closer bond with Pratt, who is now 43, and is content with how things have evolved.

“I feel like we’re all growing closer, and I truly value that,” Faris shared with People magazine.

“They’ve been incredibly supportive of me, and I want to reciprocate that support.”

Describing her current state, Faris stated, “It’s much smoother now that time has passed.

The relief of letting go of that internal turmoil is immense.”

Faris commended Schwarzenegger, the daughter of iconic actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, referring to her as “impressive” and appreciating her interactions with Jack, her 10-year-old son with Pratt.

Sharing an intimate detail, Faris disclosed that Jack was born prematurely, weighing only three pounds and 12 ounces, and had to spend his initial month in the NICU due to severe brain bleeding.

After finalizing her divorce from Pratt in 2018, Pratt went on to marry Schwarzenegger, who is 32 years old.

Interestingly, Faris and Pratt first crossed paths while portraying a couple in the comedy film Take Me Home Tonight, which hit theaters in 2011.

Currently, Faris has found love again with cinematographer Michael Barratt, marking a new chapter in her personal life.
