The 21-year-old masseur, whose identity remains undisclosed, asserts that he encountered the 63-year-old actor and Scientologist at the LaQuinta Hotel in Palm Springs back in 2000.

The spa reportedly made a special exception to accommodate John’s visit at 1:30 a.m., summoning the masseur for his service.

During the massage, the actor purportedly insisted on focusing on his “buttocks” and repeatedly exposed himself, creating discomfort for the masseur.

Following the massage session, they moved to another room where John received a “citrus scrub.”

Allegations suggest that the actor made suggestive remarks to the young masseur, expressing his excitement.

Subsequently, John invited the masseur to join him in the steam room, where he undressed and proposed to give the employee a massage.

Uncomfortable with the situation, the masseur departed after John made inappropriate advances by touching his inner thigh.

Subsequent to the distressing encounter, the masseur reported the incident to law enforcement.

However, the investigating officer determined that the reported actions did not meet the criteria for battery or s**ual battery, citing lack of witnesses or corroborating evidence as John had already left the premises.
