A 21-year-old masseur has filed a criminal complaint against John Travolta, accusing the actor of s**ual battery dating back to the year 2000.

The shocking police report details the alleged incident that took place at the LaQuinta Hotel in Palm Springs, California.

The young masseur claimed that during a deep body massage session, Travolta touched his bare buttocks and exposed himself inappropriately while making suggestive remarks about gay fantasies around 1.30am on February 15, 2000.

According to the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the employee narrated how Travolta sought a more intimate massage, even going as far as removing the towel covering his buttocks as the massage session progressed.

In a significant turn of events, after the initial massage, Travolta and the masseur moved to another room where a ‘Citrus Scrub’ treatment was performed.

Throughout the treatment, Travolta allegedly made comments about the employee’s physical appearance and expressed being ‘excited’.

The report further details an encounter in the steam room where Travolta removed his towel and engaged in inappropriate behavior, offering to showcase his own massage techniques on the masseur.

During the unsettling incident, Travolta persisted in touching the masseur inappropriately, leading to the employee feeling uncomfortable and eventually leaving the situation.

However, Travolta continued to make lewd advances towards him, escalating the discomfort.

Following the incident, the masseur reported the matter to the Palm Springs Sheriff’s Department, but by the time Officer Mark Peters arrived at the hotel, Travolta had already departed.

The case was later closed without action.
