Filming her role as Naomi Lapaglia in The Wolf of Wall Street marked a turning point in Margot Robbie’s career, yet the Australian actress recently disclosed that shooting the movie wasn’t without its challenges, as she sustained injuries during an intimate scene.

In the film directed by Martin Scorsese, Robbie’s character engages in a passionate moment with Jordan, portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio, on a bed strewn with cash, resulting in cuts on her back.

Moreover, Robbie shared that filming a s** scene is not as glamorous as it may seem on screen.

Despite the final polished result in the movie, Robbie candidly expressed to Porter magazine, “It doesn’t appear that way when you’re watching the film, but in reality, we were in a cramped bedroom with 30 crew members.

All male.”

“For 17 hours, I had to simulate certain actions.

It’s an incredibly odd situation, and you must suppress any embarrassment or absurdity and fully immerse yourself in the scene,” she added.

During another interview, Robbie disclosed that she resorted to tequila to ease her nerves before certain scenes.

“On that particular morning, I arrived at work feeling anxious and trembling, believing ‘I can’t go through with this,'” she recounted to the New York Times.

“I took three shots of tequila, disrobed, and executed the scene.

Surprisingly, it calmed my nerves, steadied my hands, and boosted my
