Jessica Alba Returns as Stripper Nancy in Sin City Sequel

After breaking into the limelight with her role as young stripper Nancy Callahan in the 2005 film Sin City, based on Frank Miller’s graphic novels, Jessica Alba is back in the spotlight.

Despite nine years, nineteen films, marriage, and motherhood, the actress appears ageless in the latest promotional stills from the upcoming sequel, Sin City: A Dame To Kill For.

In the new stills released ahead of the film’s official premiere, the 32-year-old star can be seen donning racy suspender tights and a black bra, striking a provocative pose on a dance podium.

With a toned stomach on display, Jessica exudes confidence as she runs her hand through her blonde locks, capturing the essence of her character once again.

Similar to its predecessor, the sequel is structured around three shorts inspired by Miller’s novels, providing a rich source of material for director Robert Rodriguez.

The narrative revolves around A Dame To Kill For, Just Another Saturday Night, The Long Bad Night, and the Fat Loss, focusing on Nancy’s grieving process for cop Hartigan, portrayed by Bruce Willis.

Joining Jessica Alba in reprising his role is Micky Rourke, who transforms into the beloved character Marv once again.

In a reflective moment captured in the rain, Marv carries a shotgun on his shoulder, his leather jacket unbuttoned to reveal a crucifix hanging from a chain around his neck.

Despite fans recalling Marv’s demise, the sequel delves into his journey after awakening amidst chaos in a housing project.

Adding a fresh dynamic to the ensemble is Joseph Gordon Levitt, portraying the arrogant gambler Johnny in The Long Bad Night.

The film also features a lineup of notable actors, including Powers Boothe, Josh Brolin, Jaime King, Juno Temple, Ray Liotta, and Lady Gaga in the role of a waitress.

Sin City: A Dame To Kill For is set to hit theaters in the United Kingdom on August 29, 2014, promising a captivating return to the visually stunning and intricately woven world created by Frank Miller and brought to life by a talented cast.
