A source within the palace has disclosed the reasons behind Queen Camilla’s reported displeasure when Prince Harry paid a brief visit to King Charles.

In early February, it was made public that King Charles III had been diagnosed with cancer following a medical procedure for an enlarged prostate.

According to a statement released by Buckingham Palace, during the treatment for benign prostate enlargement, another health issue was discovered.

Subsequent tests confirmed the presence of cancer.

After this announcement, speculations emerged that Prince Harry was hastily traveling to the U.K. to see his father.

However, just a day after his arrival and a short meeting with the king, Harry swiftly returned to the U.S. where he attended an award ceremony and appeared with his wife in Canada for an Invictus Games event, in addition to an interview on Good Morning America.

Consequently, some have criticized Harry’s visit as merely a publicity stunt.

A palace courtier now asserts that Queen Camilla, also known as Camilla Parker Bowles, was deeply displeased by her stepson’s demeanor during his visit to Clarence House.

Reports suggest that Harry’s visit to the U.K. following his father’s diagnosis was primarily aimed at enhancing his image.

The encounter between Harry and his father was reportedly very brief, with Queen Camilla present alongside the prince.

Although some sources claimed the meeting lasted half an hour, Lady Colin Campbell indicated that it only spanned 12 minutes.

Lady C mentioned on GB News, “It is my understanding that the meeting lasted precisely 12 minutes, not the reported 30 or 45 minutes.

Harry took it upon himself to fly over uninvited to inform the king’s office of his arrival.

One might question the purpose of the visit – was it for Harry, the king, Netflix, or a combination of all three?”

Furthermore, she suggested that Harry’s professed readiness to support his family with royal duties was insincere, primarily for public relations purposes: “This is all a facade to boost his public image.”

Author Angela Levin, who penned Harry’s biography in 2018, concurred that Harry’s swift visit was intended to serve his personal interests.

“He flew in to see his father so he could conduct the [GMA] interview, earn money, and discuss the Invictus Games,” she remarked.

“It’s exasperating.

His behavior is immature…quite superficial.”

Recent revelations indicate that Queen Camilla not only attended the meeting but was reportedly upset by Harry’s demeanor.

A courtier revealed that Harry did not seek permission from the Palace before flying in and alleged that during the meeting, Camilla made it clear that he was unwelcome.

The courtier added that the queen was disheartened by Harry’s attempt to use her husband’s illness for personal gain, portraying himself as a devoted son.
