Working with Leonardo DiCaprio Altered Amy Adams’ Infatuation

Amy Adams, renowned for her role in Catch Me if You Can alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in 2002, unveiled a secret during a recent interview.

She disclosed that she had harbored a crush on DiCaprio since her childhood days, particularly admiring him during his Growing Pains era.

The actress candidly shared this revelation with Stephen Colbert, admitting, “I had a huge crush on Leonardo DiCaprio.

Not in Titanic, though, but in Growing Pains.

Yeah, he was like super young and really pretty.”

In a light-hearted manner, Adams humorously expressed that revealing her crush to DiCaprio during the interview might be her way of informing him about it.

She emphasized, “This is probably how I’m telling him.

I’ve worked with him, I’ve worked with him!”

Surprisingly, working closely with DiCaprio helped Adams overcome her infatuation with him.

She reflected on how the experience altered her perception, stating, “Because nothing really kills a crush faster than working with somebody—not in a bad way!
