However, he shocked the audience by showing up to present the Walter Payton Man of the Year award.
Pittsburgh Steelers defensive tackle Cameron Heyward, the recipient of the award, was equally surprised to see Prince Harry.

This visit to Las Vegas marks Prince Harry’s return to a city he famously visited years ago for a lads holiday.
During that trip, he made headlines for running up a hefty bill at a luxury hotel, attending pool parties with J-Lo, and playing strip billiards.
But now, twelve years later, he appeared in Vegas with a smile on his face as the audience cheered him on.
After the ceremony, Prince Harry posed for photos with actor Keegan-Michael Key, who hosted the event.
