Meghan Markle’s ex-staff call her a “demon boss” with “psycho moments”

Recent allegations are once again swirling around , with former staff members labeling her a “demon boss” known for her “psycho moments.”

A new report from the Daily Beast features alarming accounts from individuals who previously worked for the Duchess of Sussex.

They describe her as having mistreated staff, leaving them feeling demoralized.

One anonymous source recounts working in close quarters with Meghan and during their tenure at the royal palace.

This insider revealed some shocking incidents, stating, “There were definitely bad, even psycho moments.”

They added that they observed colleagues being harshly criticized both in person and via phone.

“People felt absolutely awful,” the source lamented.

While the source acknowledged the stress permeating that period, they did try to view Meghan’s actions through a sympathetic lens—especially considering her past admissions about experiencing suicidal thoughts.

A different source from the same report, who worked closely with Meghan during her wedding preparations, described her as a classic narcissist.

“She revels in getting her staff to compliment her in magazines,” the insider commented.

When all is well, she appears amicable; however, “when things don’t go her way, she transforms,” they warned.

In a particularly vivid anecdote, another insider detailed how a florist endured a half-hour tirade simply for sharing a minor bouquet detail online.

The florist swore they would never work with her again, illustrating how even the allure of royal prestige couldn’t make the hostility bearable.

This source complained that staff were treated “like tradesmen,” stripped of dignity.

Contrasting with the darker narratives highlighted by the Daily Beast, Us Weekly presented a more amiable portrayal of Meghan.

Several former associates, such as Ben Browning, who collaborated on their Netflix documentary, and Catherine St-Laurent, Markle’s former chief of staff, reported experiences filled with support and positivity.

However, the Reporter painted a starkly different picture.

Reports emerged of Meghan belittling employees and exhibiting controlling behavior, with one source claiming they had seen grown men moved to tears by her outbursts.

They described her management style as “dictatorial,” stressing how her unpredictability led to a tense workplace atmosphere.

The couples’ staff turnover has been notably high.

Following past accusations of bullying behavior, which led to a formal investigation by Buckingham Palace in 2018, Meghan dismissed the claims as part of an orchestrated smear campaign.

The investigation’s findings were never disclosed.

Jumping to the present, Hollywood appears hesitant to maintain long-term partnerships with Meghan and Harry.

Notably, the couple’s recent chief of staff, Josh Kettler, left his position after just three months, earning a spot in what insiders refer to as the “Sussex Survivors Club.” Before Kettler’s exit, Meghan and Harry saw several key figures, including their global press secretary and PR leads, resign as well.

Numerous sources attributed the problematic atmosphere largely to Meghan herself.

The Duchess reportedly has a reputation for being “relentless” and difficult to please, as well as prone to impulsive decision-making.

One source did not hold back, asserting, “She marches around like a dictator in high heels and barks orders.”

Despite these harsh criticisms, Meghan often seeks to present a warm and supportive public image.

She embraces the principles of self-help, touting lessons from figures like Brené Brown.

Recently, she described her life as entering a “new chapter of joy,” countering the narrative surrounding her alleged workplace environment.

Yet, insiders suggest that this positive facade starkly contrasts the chaotic reality for those working alongside her and Harry.

The emotional toll in the Sussex camp apparently leads to a pattern of strained relationships.

It’s no wonder that many have decided to step away from the tumult of working for such high-profile figures.

These contrasting narratives paint a complicated picture of Meghan Markle, revealing a stark divide between public perception and the experiences shared by those in her employ.

As more stories emerge, the question lingers: How does this afflict the royal couple’s standing, both in the media and among their associates?

Only time will tell.
